The Isophit Pad

The high density foam Isophit Pad is designed to level up the floor and extend the platform of the Isophit Strength Kit.

Please note the Isophit Strength Kit is sold separately. 

The Isophit Pad can also be used to provide additional support and comfort when performing kneeling exercise such as Nordic Curls or elbow loaded exercises like planks.
